AI Processing. Helios is powered by a server-side AI model (Anthropic Claude). Your messages and leadership profile are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing on Hudley Entertainment's behalf. You do not need to provide or manage an Anthropic API key.

We do not use your information to serve you third-party advertisements. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
We do not share your leadership profile, session content, or descriptions of situations you bring to Helios with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
Your account information and leadership profile are stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication tokens, and access controls.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Your messages and leadership profile are transmitted to Anthropic's API for AI processing. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and does not use it to train models. Session history and your leadership profile are stored in our Supabase database in the United States.
We retain your account information and leadership profile for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements.
Session logs and usage data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for up to 24 months for service improvement purposes.
We use session tokens stored in your browser's local storage to authenticate your account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect basic analytics data including page views and performance metrics. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with the Service.
