I believe that helping people grow — watching someone push past what they thought was their limit — is one of the most rewarding things a person can do. That belief is what built this.
I'm not a developer. But this era made it possible for someone like me, with limited technical skill and an enormous sense of purpose, to build something that could genuinely help other people lead better. If this platform encourages even one person to pick up the tools available to them and use them to serve others rather than just themselves, then every hour of this work was worth it.
These are the people who made it possible. Some of them know exactly what they did. Some of them have no idea.
These are the people whose lives, choices, and character made me want to build something worth building. They may not have said a word about leadership or technology — but something in the way they moved through the world made this feel necessary.
These are the leaders, operators, and mentors who built the framework I carry. They changed the way I see accountability, people, operations, and what it actually means to lead. Every routing rule in Helios has a little of each of them in it.
These are the people who showed up — not just when things were moving, but when they weren't. The ones who absorbed the weight of building something from nothing without ever asking for credit. Support like this doesn't have a price.
These are the people who used it before it was ready, found what was broken, and kept going anyway. Early testers take a risk. They give their time and their honest feedback to something that doesn't exist yet. That's a specific kind of trust.
These are the people who said the right thing at the right time. Who pushed back on the doubt, reminded me what this was for, and refused to let the hard moments become the final word. You don't always know when you're doing this for someone. Know that you did it for me.
